Windows NT, 95/98: Use the _pkser command and verify the serial numbers match on the screen and on the fax sheet. Using wrong auth. Code for the product being loaded. Error in entering the auth code. If second or more trial then uninstall must be done from the product level (not Windows add/remove programs). Check registry to assure "mappings" was over written. New codes may need to be issued.
