Windows NT, 95/98: Use the _pkser command and verify the serial numbers match on the screen and on the fax sheet. Using wrong auth. Code for the product being loaded. Error in entering the auth code. If second or more trial then uninstall must be done from the product level (not Windows add/remove programs). Check registry to assure "mappings" was over written. New codes may need to be issued.

NT, 95, 98- Has loaded Image Edit and run the program and then tried to load Tracer. Edit makes registry entry for Tracer which has a false value. Delete out the entry for Tracer and reinstall the Tracer with clean registry. Note: Other products may have been loaded but Edit is the one that makes the entry. System files are found on the network. They need to be local.
